If you'd like to make a deposit to your account we have the following options for you. 

Electronic Transfer to an IRA / Trust / Investment Account: 

• If you have not established a bank link to your Sun Group WP investment account(s) you can initiate the process by forwarding us a copy of a voided check. From there we’d be happy to help prepare the paperless form to process this request for you to sign via e-signature. 

• If you believe you already have a bank link on file and would like to initiate a deposit please reach out to the team and we’d be happy to confirm and assist with the transaction.

To Contribute Via Check:  

For accounts held with Sun Group WP please use the following instructions:

  1. Make a check payable to LPL Financial 

  2. Reference your name / the account number in the memo field (If making a Retirement contribution please communicate whether it’s a current year or prior year contribution.) 

  3. Mail to: Sun Group Wealth Partners, 17500 Red Hill Avenue, Suite 140, Irvine, CA 92614

For 529 accounts held with Scholar's Choice please use the following check writing instructions:

  1. Make a check payable to: Scholar's Choice

  2. Reference the beneficiary's name in the memo field. 

  3. Mail to: Sun Group Wealth Partners, 17500 Red Hill Avenue, Suite 140, Irvine, CA 92614

We can also set up on-demand or automatic contributions to your Scholar’s Choice 529 accounts. If you haven’t contributed to the account via electronic transfer before, please send us a copy of your voided check and we’d be happy to prepare the forms required. Unfortunately, Scholar’s Choice does not accept e-signature forms, but they do accept physical paperwork and forms that have been signed and scanned back to us.
